Floating Pearl Jewellery

Our brides tell us they want their jewellery to be 'perfect' and choosing the right material is often a good first step.

We have many styles of floating jewellery which include swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls. The crystals provide the subtle sparkle which many brides are looking for in their floating jewellery and when mingled with pearls give a formality to your look.

Girls Love Pearls collection of floating pearl jewellery includes styles that captivate. 100's of tiny pearls and crystals threaded onto translucent threads, to create a wonderful 'tiffany style' floating jewellery necklace set. Our classical pearl necklace sets are suited to the entire bridal party – Mother of the Bride, Flower Girl and Bride alike. Bridal jewellery sets, and wedding bracelets may be sized accordingly, or made in colours that captivate!

Rhinestones or Swarovski crystals are the bride's choice of glitz! These mirrored crystals add serious sparkle on their own or when mixed with pearls can add a very subtle glitz to your floating pearl jewellery. Many gowns and tiaras are set with pearls and crystals, so our floating pearl jewellery collection or bridal pearl jewellery collection is the obvious choice for you. Remember to follow the general fashion rule that is to choose a material that is going to be consistent with your look, from headpiece to your shoes. If you have pearls sewn into your bridal gown, pearl jewellery is the obvious choice, while a crystal studded tiara is best along side earrings with a crystal component.

Also, consider the formality of your wedding ceremony. A strand of pearls may be appropriate for any situation which a sparkling crystal jewellery set may look out of place when you are barefoot on the beach.

To choose your perfect of floating pearl necklaces, why not use Suzy our interactive stylist. Firstly select the neckline of your gown and then have fun experimenting with different necklaces to see which one suits the best!

Top pearl bridal jewellery materials include of course freshwater cultured pearls! Freshwater pearls are totally natural, formed when an irritant or an intruder is placed inside the shell of the mollusk. Pearls now come in a myriad of colours – specially dyed to the right shade. Pearls are available in all sizes and shapes, from larger 'baroque' shaped pearls to tiny seed pearls and all used to create beautiful pearl bridal jewellery. Faux or fake pearls are man made pearls.
